Camperships are still available for Camp!!!

If you have a scout who is not able to go to camp due to financial difficulty, there are still camperships available to send that boy to camp. Please contact Melissa Ford

This is available for Boy Scouts (Summer Camp) and Cub Scouts (Day Camp).

Appeal for Scouting participation in Hebron parade!

Hebron will be hosting a Homecoming Parade on Sept. 23rd this fall! An appeal for Scouting participation has been put out there for ALL units. More information to come! There will be more information at the following link soon.

Scouting for Food

There will be a Scouting for Food Drive coming up this fall! More information to come, but for now, keep these dates in mind!

6/30 - Scouting for Food Training here in Licking District
7/28 - Council-wide Training for Scouting for Food (Chillicothe?)
October, 2009 will the be the month this event will take place.

Woodbadge Training 2009

Under the Training menu you will see a flyer and information for Scouting's premier Leader Training, Woodbadge. I'd like to take this time to strongly encourage you to consider this excellent training opportunity!! It is available to ALL Scouters (Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturing Leaders. Not just the Cubmasters and Scoutmasters... ALL LEADERS! See the Qualifications section on the flyer).

Info on Summer Camp and Day Camp from your District Commissioner

As you know, Day Camp is just around the corner and I have some good news to share. The CAMPERSHIP deadline has been extended. If you know of boys who did not sign up due to a lack of funds, please check out the Campership Application found in the "Forms" section of the following link and get it turned in ASAP. Also, if you need to find out what boys from your unit are registered, please contact Melissa and she can produce a report.
